VideoPodcast Production
Ruana Soul Studio produces video podcasts in Melbourne through Podcast Season: ten episodes recorded across ten weeks for $2,700 AUD. Each episode includes two cameras, professional lighting and audio, multicam editing, colour correction, a custom thumbnail and a 4K export ready to publish on YouTube. You bring the conversation; we handle the production.
We don't sell studio time. We produce a season you can actually finish.
Every episode is filmed as a multicam conversation, lit to read as an intentional set rather than a webcam.
Recorded and produced properly, because a podcast survives a mediocre picture and never survives bad sound.
Long enough to say something, short enough to finish. The length is set in planning, not improvised.
Cut between angles so the conversation keeps moving, without turning a talk into a music video.
A consistent look across all ten episodes, so the season reads as one body of work.
Delivered at the resolution and settings the platform actually rewards.
One designed thumbnail per episode — the single asset that decides whether anyone clicks.
Cuts and adjustments per episode, agreed up front so the season stays on schedule.
Published, not quoted. A season is the offer; a single episode is how most people start.

Saves $300 against booking ten episodes one at a time.
The package covers one set at one location. These sit outside it and are quoted on their own:
You have an idea but no equipment, no space and no experience behind a camera. That is the normal starting point, not a disadvantage.
Experts, coaches, consultants, artists and professionals who want to build authority with something more durable than a weekly post.
Owners who want to humanise the company and put the knowledge that lives inside it on the record.
People documenting stories, experiences, careers and conversations that deserve to exist somewhere permanent.
We define the concept, the format, the audience and the style before anything is filmed.
We record weekly with two cameras, professional lighting and professional audio.
We edit, correct colour, design the thumbnail and export in 4K.
Two rounds of revisions per episode for cuts and adjustments.
You receive each episode ready to publish on your own channel.
Not part of the package — the directions most projects take once the work is out.
Cut-downs from each episode for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
Portraits and stills shot alongside the season, in the same visual language.
Cover art, titles and a visual system so the series looks like a series.
Once the first ten episodes are out, the usual next step is simply more of them.
FAQs
$300 AUD for a single episode, $1,425 for five, and $2,700 for Podcast Season — ten episodes recorded across ten weeks. The season saves $300 against booking ten episodes one at a time. Every option covers two cameras, lighting, audio, multicam editing, colour correction, a custom thumbnail and a 4K export.
No. We bring the cameras, the lighting and the audio. What the package assumes is one set in one location — usually your own office, business or home. If you don't have a space that works, we help you find one.
In your space by default, anywhere in Melbourne. We arrive, set up two cameras with professional lighting and audio, and record. The price covers a single set at a single location; recording across multiple locations is quoted separately.
Ten weeks. We record weekly, and each episode runs between 20 and 60 minutes. The format, the length and the recording rhythm are all agreed in planning before the first session.
No. We deliver each episode in 4K with its thumbnail, ready to publish. Your channel stays yours, and so does control over where and when the show goes out.
Yes. We work in English, in Spanish and in bilingual formats. Ruana Soul Studio is Colombian-led and based in Melbourne, so a Spanish-language show is produced as a first-class production rather than a translation.
Complex motion graphics, additional short-form clips, full subtitling, more than one recording location, more than two rounds of revisions per episode, and major format changes mid-season. All of these are possible and quoted separately, so the package price stays honest.
Most shows continue. The usual next steps are a second season of ten episodes, or adding short-form clips, brand photography and show branding around the episodes you already have.
Three short steps. Only your contact details, where you'd record and what stage you're at are required — everything else helps us quote accurately the first time.
