Project Overview
Ever After is a Melbourne wedding planning and styling company specialising in intimate, design-forward ceremonies. They came to us needing a social media presence that could attract a very specific client: design-literate couples who want a wedding that feels nothing like a wedding. Their aesthetic is editorial, organic, and deeply personal.
The Challenge
Wedding social media is dominated by the same three aesthetics: rustic barns, white marquees, and tropical resorts. Ever After's actual work was far more interesting — but their social presence didn't reflect it. They were attracting the wrong enquiries.
Our Solution
We created a cinematic content identity: colour-graded highlight reels in a signature warm-cool contrast ratio, editorial still photography briefs for their partner photographers, and a Pinterest board architecture that functioned as a curated mood collection rather than a promotional tool. We also developed a captioning voice that told the story of each couple without being saccharine.
The Outcome
Enquiry quality transformed within two months. Ever After began receiving direct DM enquiries from exactly their target client. Their Pinterest monthly views grew from 2,000 to 67,000 in four months. Three clients in their first year cited Pinterest or Instagram as their primary discovery channel.
