Fashion Drop is a Melbourne streetwear label known for limited-quantity seasonal releases. For their Summer 2024 drop they needed a social media campaign that could generate anticipation pre-launch, drive traffic on drop day, and extend the conversation post-sell-out. We handled creative direction, production, and content strategy across Instagram and TikTok.
The Challenge
Streetwear social media is visually overcrowded. Every brand is doing cinematic moodshots and flat-lay product shots. Fashion Drop needed to look different, move differently, and feel authentic to their community — not like a polished brand trying too hard.
Our Solution
We led with movement and contrast. The pre-launch campaign used fragmented, high-contrast teaser Reels that revealed the collection one detail at a time. Drop day content led with real faces — community members, not models. Post-sell-out we published a 'making of' carousel series that created demand for the next drop. All creative was delivered as a template system so the internal team could adapt future content.
The Outcome
The campaign reached 280K accounts organically in the first 72 hours. Drop day sold out in 4 hours — their fastest sell-through to date. The TikTok campaign delivered 1.2M views. Template adoption by the internal team saved 12 hours per week of creative production.
