Project Overview
MO-TECH SERVICE is a B2B SaaS ecosystem serving operations teams in logistics and supply chain. By the time they approached us, they had six products operating under inconsistent naming, visual languages, and tone of voice. We were brought in to create a unified brand architecture that could scale across their portfolio while giving each product its own clear identity lane.
The Challenge
Tech Services branding often falls into two traps: hyper-minimal bags that feel cold and elitist, or overly earthy aesthetics that look dated. Roast Collective needed to feel knowledgeable but welcoming — like a conversation, not a lecture.
Our Solution
We created a full visual identity system built around warmth, clarity, and craft. The logo uses bold typography with subtle quirks that feel human. Color palette balances clean neutrals with deep, rich tones inspired by coffee origins. We developed a flexible label system that lets each single-origin roast shine while maintaining brand consistency.
The Outcome
The new branding launched with their first wholesale round and was picked up immediately by 14 cafés across Melbourne. Their packaging was featured in a local coffee design showcase, and the clear, consistent system helped them communicate their roasting philosophy more effectively to wholesale partners and retail customers alike.
